How We're Tackling Mental Health

Seedling Art Co. aims to make mental health tools, like Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Art Therapy more accessible, through the vehicle of eco-friendly art & journaling.
We use many different techniques to help you improve your mental health:

Zodiac Poster Series

These posters are printed on 100% post-consumer paper and are created and shipped with eco-friendly materials. Posters come in 2 different sizes and feature stunning write-ups about your zodiac sign and the insect and flower that represent them!
