How We're Tackling Mental Health
Seedling Art Co. aims to make mental health tools, like Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Art Therapy more accessible, through the vehicle of eco-friendly art & journaling.
We use many different techniques to help you improve your mental health:
CBT & DBT
We use certified mental health tools, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to help you re-frame negative thoughts and teach you the tools to identify and change patterns of behaviour
Also known as the 'do good, feel good' phenomenon! Based on the principles of Biophilia: thinking of and improving the environment scientifically make us happier.
Art & Journaling
The act of journaling and creating art are flo-state activities. They help you feel grounded, be more mindful and lower your stress levels.
You are not alone. Mental health is a journey and our community is a safe space to grow, learn and connect with others who understand what you're going through.
